Confidentiality and security are fundamental values at Olala!, and therefore we are committed to guaranteeing the privacy of the User at all times and not collecting unnecessary information. Below, we provide all the necessary information about our Privacy Policy regarding the personal data we collect, explaining:
- Who is responsible for the processing of your data.
- For what purposes do we collect the requested data.
- What is the legal basis for its treatment?
- For how long do we keep them.
- To which recipients are your data shared with?
- What are your rights.
Data controller:
Olala!, formed by the companies listed in Annex I, which may act as data controllers or processors of personal data, as applicable.
Purposes, legal basis and retention of data collected through:
Email correspondence
Purpose: Respond to your information requests, manage your inquiries, and address your questions.
Contact form
Purpose: Provide a means to contact us and respond to your information requests, as well as send you communications about our products, services, and activities, even through electronic means, if you check the acceptance box.
Newsletter subscription
Purpose: Sending our commercial newsletter and informative or advertising communications about our products or services of interest, even through electronic means.
Legal basis: User consent when subscribing to our commercial communications and/or informational newsletters.
Conservation: Until the User revokes their consent and requests to unsubscribe.
Complaint channel
Purpose: Process and manage the complaints submitted through the available channels (form, email, postal mail or in person).
Legal basis: Compliance with a legal obligation.
Conservation: During the processing of the complaint and, once completed, during the period legally established to address possible liabilities. The personal data of the informant will be deleted from the system after 3 months.
Reservation form
Purpose: Manage and process your reservation, guarantee payment when necessary, and send you commercial information, including via electronic means.
Legal basis: Execution of the reservation contract and User’s consent by checking the acceptance box to receive information.
Conservation: While the reservation request is active; once finished, during the legally established conservation periods to address possible liabilities. If you have accepted to receive commercial information, the data will be conserved until you request to unsubscribe.
If you make a reservation on behalf of a third party, you must provide the personal data of the guest. In this case, you guarantee that you have informed the guest about the processing of their personal data by any of the companies of the Olala! group and about the way in which such data will be treated.
Check-in form
Purpose: Manage and process your stay and associated services.
Legal basis: Execution of the service provision contract.
Conservation: The data will be kept during your stay and, once finished, for the legally established periods to attend to possible responsibilities.
Owner registration form
Purpose: Manage and process your registration as a property owner, allowing you to easily and free rent your property. Sending informative communications about our services, including through electronic means.
Legal basis: User consent when requesting registration as owner.
Retention: As long as the relationship remains in force and, where applicable, during the periods of legally established retention to meet possible responsibilities. If you have accepted to receive commercial communications, the data will be retained until you request to unsubscribe.
The personal data requested is necessary to manage your requests and/or provide the contracted services. If you do not provide them, we will not be able to process your request or provide the requested service.
Recipients of your data
Your data is confidential and will not be communicated to third parties, except in cases of legal obligation.
Some data from your identity document will be communicated to the authorities in accordance with current regulations (Organic Law 4/2015 on the Protection of Citizen Security and related regulations): document number and type, date of issue, first and last names, sex, date of birth, nationality, date of entry, and any other information legally required.
Likewise, the data may be shared with third parties that are necessary for the provision of additional services contracted.
Rights related to your personal data
Any person can withdraw at any time the consent given for the treatment of their personal data. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the execution of subscription contracts or previous relationships.

- Request access to your personal data or rectification if they are inaccurate.
- Request the deletion of data when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
- Request the limitation of treatment in certain circumstances.
- Opposing the treatment based on your specific situation.
- Request data portability, when applicable.
- And any other right recognized by current regulations.
How and where to request your rights:
You may send a written request to the data controller at the postal address or email address indicated in section 1, with the reference “Personal Data”, specifying the right you wish to exercise and the corresponding data.

In order to protect your personal data, we have adopted all necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access.

To keep your data updated, we kindly ask you to inform us of any changes or modifications. Otherwise, we will not be able to guarantee the accuracy of your information.
